I bow down to Matt and the folks at Clean Planet Repair! Thursday morning, I dropped my new MyTouch 4G and broke the glass screen. Thursday afternoon I sent it out from Minneapolis. I was so worried I even dreamed about it that night. Friday morning, Matt emailed me to let me know it was there and in line to be fixed. And Saturday morning, in two feet of snow, the UPS guy came stumbling down the street with my good-as-new phone! Clean Planet saved me $50 in repair cost and two weeks of time compared to what the manufacturer offered (and they couldn’t even verify in their system that they had the replacement parts). I am a convert! Next road trip to Milwaukee or Chicago will necessitate a detour to Madison to say thanks in person!
